    Source of Recipe

    Unknown

    List of Ingredients

1 Tablespoon spicy honey mustard or regular honey mustard
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Dash of hot sauce, or to taste
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (flavored is fine)
1/4 cup thin-sliced green onions (scallions), tops included
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 large links of kielbasa, each cut in half (4 half links) and patted dry

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a shallow baking sheet with nonstick foil.
Whisk together mustard, Worcestershire sauce garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce until combined and smooth. Set aside.

Separate the crescent rolls into 4 rectangles (2 triangles each) and press together the perforations of the triangles. Roll each one out to about 4 inches by 10 inches or the length of the sausage.
Spread each of the crescent dough rectangles with an equal amount of the mustard mixture. Sprinkle evenly with green onions, and Cheddar cheese. Place one half of the kielbasa sausage on each of the rectangles, lining up the lengthwise edges. Roll the dough around each piece of kielbasa. Tuck ends under and seal seam.

Place each link, seam-side down on the prepared pan, 2 inches apart.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden.

Let rest for 15 to 30 minutes, then slice into rounds to serve as an appetizer

    Yield: about 40 appetizers
