List of Ingredients
2 Pounds Fresh mushrooms( Used White)
1/4 pound butter
1 Packet Garlic or Italian Good Seasoning Mix( Used Italian)
Recipe
Saute the cleaned mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the packet of seasoning mix.
Simmer covered,
Do Not Boil, for 1-1/2 hours
Serve with fancy toothpicks.
This really reduces down during cooking so you may want to double the recipe.
Honestly 1/2 of this recipe made dh and I very happy and we would have eaten more.
They did not go a long way.
This would be very good stuffed inside of a Buger or served on top of a grilled Fillet Mignon
