    Fiesta Chicken Appetizers

    List of Ingredients

    9 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
    1 small can diced green chilies
    3 teaspoons green pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups grated monterey jack cheese
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    fresh salsa, if desired

    Recipe

    Combine rolls and roll into a 9" x 13" rectangle.
    Place in the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    Pre-bake crust at 350 F 10 mintues.
    Let cool.
    Spread sour cream over crust.
    Combine chicken, green chilies and green pepper sauce and mix well.
    Spread chicken mixture over sour cream.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Top with cheese and cilantro.
    Bake at 350 F 15-20 minutes.
    Serve with fresh salsa, if desired.
