List of Ingredients
- 1 Lb. chicken livers
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 cup soy sauce.... more or less
Instructions
- Cut livers in half.
- Cut bacon in half.
- Wrap each liver with a half strip of bacon.
- Secure with toothicks.
- Marinate in soy sauce for a couple of hours.
- Bake on a broiler pan @ 425 for 12-15 minutes turning to crisp bacon on all sides.
- Serve hot.
Final Comments
Ok... these are great....... probably will clog a few arteries so don't eat many.
