    Smokey Bacon Roll-Ups

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. bacon
    • 1 (16oz) pkg lil smokeys
    • 1 cup packed brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Cut bacon strips in half, width wise

    2. Wrap one piece of bacon around each lil smokey sausage

    3. Place, seam sde down in a foil lined 10x15 baking pan.

    4. Sprinkle with the brown sugar.

    5. Bake, uncovered @ 400 for 35-45 minutes until the bacon is crisp.

    6. Makes 36-40 appetizers
