    Stuffed Mushrooms - Cream Cheese & Bacon

    Stuffed Cream Cheese Mushrooms
    1 pkg standard mushrooms - remove stems and set aside
    1 Cup Cheddar cheese
    2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
    3 oz cream cheese
    6-8 strips bacon
    1 medium onion finely chopped
    1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)



    Recipe

    -Chop mushroom stems into fine pieces
    -Dice bacon into small pieces and fry until almost done.
    -Add mushroom pieces and onion. Fry until done (I fry mine
    until the bacon is good and brown).
    -Remove from heat to cool
    -Once Cool mix with with cream cheese, parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
    -Fill caps of mushrooms with the mixture - I usally heap mine.
    -Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top (you can also sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on it)
    -Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water to the pan.

    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes! Enjoy
