List of Ingredients




1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3-oz (2 tsp.)salad dressing or mayo.(I used 1 Tbsp light Miracle whip)
1/4 cup diced green onions
1 Tbs, diced green pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
24 cherry tomatoes (Roma tomatoes, sliced)
Freshly ground pepper
Rye bread or packaged Cocktail Rye bread (whole wheat)

Recipe



Combine the cheese, salad dressing, onion and green pepper and the ground pepper.
Remove the crusts from the bread and cut into 4 squares. Slice the cherry tomatoes.
Spread the bread with the salad dressing mixture place some tomato slices on top and mound some of the salad dressing mixture on top of the tomato.
Sprinkle with paprika and broil (until cheese is bubbly.)
