Hot: Bacon Delight Dip

List of Ingredients
1 lb. smoked flavored bacon
1 lb. loaf round bread - rye, pumpernickel or sourdough
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 carton (16 oz.)sour cream
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drain
6 green onions, chopped
Recipe
Cook bacon until crisp
Drain; crumble and set aside
Cut top off bread to form a cover
Remove bread inside loaf, leave a 1/2" shell of bread
Cut removed bread in 1" cubes, set aside
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chiles & green onions
Stir in crumbled bacon
Spoon mixture into bread and replace bread top
Wrap bread in heavy aluminum foil
Bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours
Serve bread bowl with reserved bread cubes & assorted crackers for dipping
