Hot: Sausage Lover's Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
- 2 Tbls. water
- 1 (10oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped green onions
- 1 can Ro*tel tomatoes and chilies, drained well
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Loaf unsliced Round Italian or Sourdough bread
- Paprika
- Chips or crackers
Instructions
- In a large sause apn cook sausage til done. Drain and return to the pan and add water.Cook 1 more minute
- Remove cover and add well drained spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, tomatoes and garlic.
- Stir to blend and cook until cheeses are melted and mixture is warm.
- Keep warm over a low heat.
- Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out to within 1" of the sides and bottoms.
- Fill the loaf with the warm sausage mixture. Sprinkle with the paprika.
- Serve with the broken pieces of breal from filling and additional chips or crackers.
