Cold: Emerald Isle Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups sour cream (16 oz)
- 1 pkg. ( 2.5 oz) cooked corn beef finely chopped
- 2 Tbls. minced onions
- 2 Tbls. dried parsley flakes
- 2 Tbls. dill weed
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 unsliced loaf rye or sour dough bread
- Assorted crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix the mayo, sour cream, corned beef, onion, parsley, 1 Tbls. dill weed, and the seasoned salt.
- Mix til well blended;
- Cover and refigerate over night.
- Cut a hole in top of loaf and hollow out.
- Cut removed bread into pieces to use to dip.
- Fill shell with the dip
- Sprinkle remaining dill weed on top.
- Serve with bread pieces and crackers.
