    Cold: Emerald Isle Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups mayonnaise
    • 2 cups sour cream (16 oz)
    • 1 pkg. ( 2.5 oz) cooked corn beef finely chopped
    • 2 Tbls. minced onions
    • 2 Tbls. dried parsley flakes
    • 2 Tbls. dill weed
    • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
    • 1 unsliced loaf rye or sour dough bread
    • Assorted crackers


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl mix the mayo, sour cream, corned beef, onion, parsley, 1 Tbls. dill weed, and the seasoned salt.

    2. Mix til well blended;

    3. Cover and refigerate over night.

    4. Cut a hole in top of loaf and hollow out.

    5. Cut removed bread into pieces to use to dip.

    6. Fill shell with the dip

    7. Sprinkle remaining dill weed on top.

    8. Serve with bread pieces and crackers.
