List of Ingredients
1 - 20 oz loaf round French Bread
2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, soft
2 tbsp grated onion
2 tbsp beer
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
3 (6.5 oz) cans minced clams, drained
Recipe
Preheat oven to 250.
Cut off top of bread and set aside.
Hollow out loaf, leaving 1 1/2 - 2 inch shell.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except for clams.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in clams.
Pour mixture into bread shell, cover with bread top, wrap in foil.
Bake for 3 hours
