Cold: Knorr Spinach Dip

Knorr vegetable soup box






List of Ingredients



• 1 pkg. Knorr instant vegetable soup mix
  
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  
• 1 cup mayonaise
  
• chopped green onions
  
• 1 (6oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and DRAINED WELL
  
• 1 loaf unsliced sourdough or pumpernickel bread
  






Instructions



1. Mix together all ingredients except the bread.
   
   
2. Blend through and refrigerate over night.
   
   
3. To serve cut a slice off the top of the bread and hollow out the loaf.
   
   
4. Tear up the bread into small pieces.
   
   
5. Pour dip into the hollowed out bowl.
   
   
6. Serve with bread pieces and crackers or veggies.
