Bacon: Bacon Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. bacon ( partially frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbls. horseradish
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 bunch green onions sliced fine
Instructions
- Cut bacon into chunks and fry until crisp.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel. Reserve 1/2 of the bacon to roll ball in.
- Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, worcestershire and horseradish. Blend well.
- Add bacon and onions mix well again.
- Shape into a ball.
- Roll in the reserved crushed bacon.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with crackers of your choice.
