List of Ingredients
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (4 oz. pkg. = 1 tbsp.)
1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Finely chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, pecans)Recipe
Finely grate cheeses together.
Work in dress dressing mix, parsley,
and Worcestershire sauce.
Make into 4 medium sized balls or logs (using hands).
Roll in nuts.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
