Cream Cheese: Fully Loaded Cheeseball

List of Ingredients
8-oz cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups Jack cheese
1/4 cup Blue cheese
1/4 cup, minced green onions
1 (2-oz) jar of pimentos, diced and drained
10 slices of bacon, finely chopped
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans, divided
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 Tbs poppy seeds
Recipe
Beat cream cheese and milk until blended.
Add all cheeses and beat till mixed.
Add the green onions, 1/2 of the bacon, pimento, and 1/2 of the chopped pecans.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Beat at medium speed till well mixed.
Transfer 1/2 of the mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap.
Shape into a ball, do the same thing with the remaining ball.
Chill for (2) hours.
Combine remaining bacon and pecans with the parsley and poppy seeds.
Mix well.
Spread out on a pie plate and roll each ball into the mixture coating well.
Wrap each ball back into the plastice wrap and chill till ready to serve~
Serves about 24 ~
