Dried Beef: My Mom's Cheeseball

List of Ingredients
- 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 bunches green onions diced
- 2 3 oz pkg corn beef
- 1 Tbls. worcheshire sauce
- 1 Tbls. Seasoning salt
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese, worcheshire, seasoning salt and onions.
- Add 1/2 of the corn beef chopped fine.
- Mix well and refigerate 2 hours
- Remove from frig and form into 2 balls
- Roll in remaining diced corn beef.
- Wrap each ball in plastic wrap.
- Will keep up to 10 days in frig.
- Taste better if made a few days ahead of time
