    Dried Beef: My Mom's Cheeseball

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese
    • 2 bunches green onions diced
    • 2 3 oz pkg corn beef
    • 1 Tbls. worcheshire sauce
    • 1 Tbls. Seasoning salt


    Instructions


    1. Mix softened cream cheese, worcheshire, seasoning salt and onions.

    2. Add 1/2 of the corn beef chopped fine.

    3. Mix well and refigerate 2 hours

    4. Remove from frig and form into 2 balls

    5. Roll in remaining diced corn beef.

    6. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap.

    7. Will keep up to 10 days in frig.

    8. Taste better if made a few days ahead of time
