Cream Cheese: Salmon Ball

List of Ingredients
-1 pound can salmon
-1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional - I don't use this)
-1 tablespoon horseradish
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-8 ounces cream cheese, softened and mashed
-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
-1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
Recipe
-Remove skin and bones from salmon and place meat in a mixing bowl.
-Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
-Form into a ball and chill before serving.
-Garnish with parsley and pimiento strips.
-Serve with assorted crackers.
