Cream Cheese: Savory Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients
1, 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1, 5-oz. jar pimiento cheese
1, 5-oz. jar pineapple cheese
2, 5-oz. jars bacon cheese
1 lb. soft butter
2 lbs. Velveeta, cut into small pieces
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese,shredded
garlic to taste, optional
Recipe
Bring ingredients to room temperature.
Mix together well in electric mixer.
Divide into portions of desired size.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Shape and roll in crushed nuts, bacon, chives, etc.
Note: May sprinkle parsley on the balls for color.
