    Velveeta: Woman's Cheese Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 loaf velveeta
    • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
    • 16 oz soft spreadable cheddar cheese in the plastic crock (Scott's works best)
    • 1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
    • garlic salt to taste*
    • 4-5 drips tabasco sauce to tatse
    • paprika and chili powder


    Instructions


    1. ALL three of the cheeses MUST be soft at the start. Try to buy the velveeta at a store where they do not store it cold.

    2. Mash the three cheeses together until smooth.

    3. Add the worcestershire, hot sauce and garlic salt to the cheese mixture. * DO NOT over do the garlic salt as the taste intensifies over night.

    4. After mixing, refrigerate over night.

    5. Divide into 4 balls.

    6. Mix together equal parts chili powder and paprika.

    7. Roll balls in the mixture.

    8. Wrap in foil and store in frig until ready to use.

    My sister received this from a friend a few years ago. Now it is a must for Christmas...this is a really really good cheese ball... It is well worth the effort, as the result are TERRIFIC
