Olive: Green Olive Spread

List of Ingredients
-2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened (See note)
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
-2/3 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
-2-1/2 ounces to 5 ounces dried beef, cut into 1/4-inch size pieces
Recipe
-Blend cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and horseradish until well mixed.
-Stir in green olives.
-Using a spatula or wax paper, form into a ball.
-Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
-Roll in finely cut dried beef and set on platter.
-Serve with crackers.
