Mexican: Mexi Corn Dip

List of Ingredients
3 cans (11 oz. ea.) Mexicorn, drained
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 can (7 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
8 ½ oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (may add more if desired)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 oz. chopped jalapenos
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 small jar chopped pimiento, optional (for color)Recipe
Combine all ingredients and chill 2-3 hours or overnight. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
