    List of Ingredients




    1 package cream cheese (softened) (8 oz.)
    1 container sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
    1 small jar chopped pimentos

    Recipe



    Cream the cream cheese then mix in the sour cream, then the pepper jack and pimentos.
    Serve with tortilla chips (you need a strong chip)
