List of Ingredients
2- 8oz packages cream cheese
1-package dry hidden valley ranch dressing
3-bunches green onions (chopped fine)
2-cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup beer
Recipe
Put cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped onion in a large bowl.
Mix with mixer slowly adding the beer.
When mixed add the sharp cheddar cheese and mix again.
Some times you might need a little more beer to get it to dipping consistency.
Then you can drink what ever beer is left.
This is great served with pretzel rods.
