List of Ingredients
-1 1/2 lb boiled ham
-1 lb hot capicola
-1 lb provolone cheese
-1/2 lb genoa salami
-1/4 lb pepperoni (optional)
-Several tomatoes (roma work best)
-1 large white onion
-Shredded lettuce
-1 1/2 cup light olive oil (more or less)
-1 cup red wine vinegar (more or less)
-Oregano
-pepper
-garlic powder
-basil to taste - usually no need to add salt.
**Note:
-You may also add chopped hot or sweet peppers and/or chopped fresh garlic as desired.
Recipe
-Use a very large bowl to mix!
-Chop all deli meat, tomatoes, onion and lettuce up into small squares.
-Add oil and vinegar slowly until desired consistency - some like it sloppy and some like it more dry.
-Add spices.
-Toss together and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
-Stir "sauce" up from bottom of bowl prior to service.
-Serve alone or with club rolls
