    Mexican: Jalapeno Dip

    -2 cups mayonnaise
    -4 ounces pickled jalapeno, chopped
    -1/2 bunch green onions, chopped, mostly white part
    -1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated


    Recipe

    -Mix mayonnaise, jalapeno and onion until well blended.
    -Mix in the grated cheese.
    -Chill.
    -Serve with assorted crackers
