List of Ingredients

-4 ounces (1/4 pound) stick pepperoni
-1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
-4 cherry tomatoes
-1 box Keebler® Townhouse® Crackers




Recipe

1. Remove casing from pepperoni. Cut pepperoni into 1-inch pieces. Reserve one piece for garnish. Place remaining pieces, 4 or 5 at a time, in a blender or food processor. Process until crumbly.


2. Combine with cream cheese in a medium-size mixing bowl; cover and refrigerate.


3. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Garnish with cherry tomatoes. Serve with Keebler® Townhouse® Crackers.


Helpful Hint: To soften cream cheese, microwave on HIGH in microwave-safe container or wrap for 15 seconds.
