    List of Ingredients




    1 can artichokes (14 ounces) drained and chopped
    1 can pimentos (4 ounces) drained and chopped
    1 can chopped green chilis (4 ounces) drained
    1 1/2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 package pepper jack cheese (8 ounces) grated

    Recipe



    Mix well and put into 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
    Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
