Veggies: Baked Onion Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) pkg shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Mayonaise
- 2 Cups chopped Vidalia Onions
- 2 Tbls. shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- In a medium bowl mix the Cheddar cheese, mayo and chopped onions.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes (until mixture is bubbly and lighty browned.)
- Let cool a few minutes.
- Serve on a platter surrounded by crackers or Doritos.
