    Veggies: Baked Onion Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8oz) pkg shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 2 cups Mayonaise
    • 2 Cups chopped Vidalia Onions
    • 2 Tbls. shredded Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325

    2. In a medium bowl mix the Cheddar cheese, mayo and chopped onions.

    3. Pour into a greased baking dish.

    4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    5. Bake for 40-45 minutes (until mixture is bubbly and lighty browned.)

    6. Let cool a few minutes.

    7. Serve on a platter surrounded by crackers or Doritos.
