Mexican: Cheese Dip Con Queso

List of Ingredients
- 1 can mild Rotel tomatoes and chilies
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded velveeta
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- I use an old electric fondue to make this in.
- Melt cheese and rotel together till smooth and warm
- Add sour cream and heat till warm
- Serve with tortilla chips

I love Carlos O'Kelly's cheese dip and i tried to copy it the best I could....
