-1 16 oz. package Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
-1 lb. Velveeta™ cheese
-1 lb. Mild Mexican Velveeta™ cheese
-2 Tbs. Butter
-2 Tbs. Flour
-1 can Rotel™ w/Diced green chiles
Recipe
-Cook and drain the sausage.
-Break up with a wire whip.
-In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat and add flour.
-Cook for 3 minutes.
-Add the Rotel and mix well.
-Place the Rotel mixture, cheeses and cooked sausage in crock pot on low.
-Cook until cheese is melted and all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
-Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
