Mexican: Baked Taco Dip

1 15-oz. can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. water
1 10-oz. can tomatoes with green chilies, drained
8 oz. sour cream
24 oz. salsa
1/4 c. sliced jalapenos
24-oz. jar con queso sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet, drain well.
Add water and taco mix; cook over medium heat 1 minute or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
Spread beans in 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
Spread ground beef mixture over beans.
Layer all other ingredients in order listed.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let set at room temperature 30 minutes before serving, as dip will thicken upon standing.
Serve with tortilla chips.
