Mexican: Hot Corn Dip

List of Ingredients
2 cans Green Giant Mexican corn
1 small red pepper, cut up in small pieces.
2 8 oz. pgks. pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 4 oz. can sliced jalepeno peppers, dicedRecipe
Put into a square baking dish.
Bake at 350* for 30 min.
Serve with Frito scoops or other chips, crackers, etc.
Can be made ahead of time and then microwaved.
Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 min
