    Mexican: South-of-the-Border Mason-Dixon Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 can chili (I used Chili Man (15 oz) found at Wal-Mart)
    16 oz cream cheese, softened (IMO, that's a bit too much)
    2 c grated sharp Cheddar
    3 green onion tops, chopped

    Recipe

    Preheat to 350º.
    Heat chili in saucepan over med. heat 5 min.
    Press cream cheese into bottom of 1 1/2 qt casserole.
    Pour chili over c.cheese and sprinkle grated cheese over top.
    Bake ~20 min. or til hot and bubbly.
    Remove from oven and top with chopped onion.
    Serve w/ tortilla chips. (I added ground beef, for more of a taco filler.)
