List of Ingredients
-1 ( 7 ounce ) jar roasted red peppers, drained and diced
-3/4 pound of shredded Monterey jack cheese
-1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
-1 cup of mayonnaise
-1 Tablespoon MINCED ONION
-1 clove garlic, minced
-2 Tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
Recipe
-Preheat oven t0 350 degrees
-In small baking dish , mix the peppers, cheese,cream cheese,mayonnaise,onion,garlic and mustard.
-Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned .
-Serve warm with crackers .
-This can be served cold as well .
