Veggies: Hot Mushroom Dip

List of Ingredients
4 slices of bacon
1/2 pound of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 medium onion , chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tps flour
8-oz cream cheese
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup sour creamRecipe
Fry the bacon and crumble when cooked.
Drain and reserve 2 tsp of the bacon fat.
Saute the onion and garlic and mushrooms in the bacon fat. Add the salt and pepper and flour.
Cook for a few minutes. add the cream cheese and
worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Heat till cheese melts.
Remove from the heat and add the sour cream and crumbled bacon.
Serve with toasted bread, crackers or dippers of your choice, Toasted pita bread is good too
