List of Ingredients

-1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-1/2 - 1 jar bacon bits
-2 Tbls. onion soup mix
-2 Tbls. dry Ranch Dip Mix
-4 flour tortillas



Recipe

-Mix all ingredients except tortillas
-Spread the spinach mixture evenly over tortillas
-Roll tortillas up as for jelly roll
-Cut into 1" slices
-Serves 48
