    Hot Wings

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lb. chicken wings ( about 20)
    • oil
    • 1/2 cup margarine
    • 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    • 2-3 Tbls. hot sauce
    • 3-4 tsp. hot pepper sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cut wings into three sections; discarding the wing tips.

    2. In an electric skillet fry wings a few at at time, until juices run clear. Drain on paper towels.

    3. In a large skillet, melt the margarine.

    4. Stir in the brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauces; bring to a boil.

    5. Add wings and turn to coat.

    6. Cook 5-10 minutes until well coated.

    7. Serve right away or transfer to a crockpot on low to keep warm
