Hot Wings

- 4 lb. chicken wings ( about 20)
- oil
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2-3 Tbls. hot sauce
- 3-4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Cut wings into three sections; discarding the wing tips.
- In an electric skillet fry wings a few at at time, until juices run clear. Drain on paper towels.
- In a large skillet, melt the margarine.
- Stir in the brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauces; bring to a boil.
- Add wings and turn to coat.
- Cook 5-10 minutes until well coated.
- Serve right away or transfer to a crockpot on low to keep warm
