    Korean Style Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 lbs. chicken wings
    • 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 Tbs. cooking Sake
    • 1 tsp. minced ginger
    • 5-6 green onions chopped
    • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. minced garlic to taste
    • 3 Tbls. dark sesame oil
    • 1 Tbls. pepper
    • 1 tsp. roasted sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt


    Instructions


    1. Break apart wings; discard the tips.

    2. Mix all ingredients together in a plastic container.

    3. Add wings and let stand in frig for several hours.

    4. Grill and serve.

    5. These could also be baked in the oven @ 350 for 30 minutes; turned, basted and baked for an additional 25 minutes.

    6. Discard any unused marinade.
