Korean Style Chicken Wings

List of Ingredients
- 6 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs. cooking Sake
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 5-6 green onions chopped
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. minced garlic to taste
- 3 Tbls. dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbls. pepper
- 1 tsp. roasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Instructions
- Break apart wings; discard the tips.
- Mix all ingredients together in a plastic container.
- Add wings and let stand in frig for several hours.
- Grill and serve.
- These could also be baked in the oven @ 350 for 30 minutes; turned, basted and baked for an additional 25 minutes.
- Discard any unused marinade.
