Caramel Corn

- 12 qts popped corn
- 1 lb. peanuts
- 2 cups margarine
- 2 lbs. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup molasses
Instructions
- Place corn into a LARGE roasting pan.
- Mix in nuts.
- In a large saucepan mix together remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture over corn a little at a time and continue to stir into the popcorn until coated evenly.
- Bake @ 250 for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and break apart while still warm.
- Cool
- Store in air tight containers
