Recipe Introduction
I have had this recipe for years. A complete meal in one packet. You can make one for each person!!!
List of Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 slice skinned tomato
- 1 slice onion
- 2 fresh mushroms
- 1 green pepper ring
- 2 Tbls rice
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- seasoning salt and pepper to taste
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of paprika
- margarine
- foil
Instructions
- Place one breast on a large piece of foil ( I like those pockets )
- On top of each breast place: slice of tomato, onion,green pepper, 2 mushrooms,and 2 tbls. rice `
- Put 1 tsp worcestershire on each pile and sprinkle with seasonings.Dot with margarine
- Cook over hot coals 1 1/2 hours.Turning every 20 minutes
- I cook these in the oven in the winter also. If cooking inside cook @ 350 for 1 hour
