    Iowa's Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

    List of Ingredients




    -1 lb. turkey tenderloins (3/4 to 1 " thick)
    -1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
    -1/4 cup vegetable oil
    -1/4 cup dry sherry
    -2 Tblsp. lemon juice
    -2 Tblsp. dehydrated onion
    -1/4 tsp. ginger
    -Dash of black pepper
    -Dash of garlic powder

    Recipe



    -Blend all ingredients together in shallow dish or Ziploc bag.

    -Add turkey, turning to coat both sides.
    -Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours, turning occasionally.

    -Grill over hot coals, 6 to 8 minutes per side depending on thickness.
    -Tenderloins are done when center no longer remains pink.
    -Do not overcook.

    -Serve on fresh buns.

    Makes 4 sandwiches
