    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 small pkg instant butterscotch pudding
    • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup water
    • 4 eggs
    • 3/4 cup oil
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • TOPPING:
    • 2/3 cup brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pudding mixes, baking powder and salt.
    2. In a seperate bowl mix the water, eggs, oil and vanilla.
    3. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients til just moist.
    4. Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full
    5. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter in muffin cups.
    6. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes.
    7. Cool 5-10 minutes before removing from pans.
