    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 Tbls. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 Tbls. sugar
    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 tsp. dill weed
    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    2. Cut in the margarine until crumbly.
    3. Stir in the cheese and dill.
    4. In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk; pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just moist.
    5. Batter will be very thick.
    6. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    7. Bake @ 350 for 25-40 minutes.
    8. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
