    Bread:
    3 eggs
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 cups flour
    4 cups finely chopped apples

    Topping:
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    2 teaspoons flour
    1/4 cup soft butter or margarine

    Recipe



    Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, soda and salt together until creamy. Gradually stir in flour, and fold in apples. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9-by-5 inch loaf pans. Combine topping ingredients; mix well and sprinkle over batter.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest for 10 minutes before removing from pans
