    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup butter ( not margarine)
    • 1 tsp. ground mustard
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup flour
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/3 cup parsley
    • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped gren onions


    Instructions


    1. In a large sauce pan, bring water, butter, mustard, salt and pepper to a boil.
    2. Add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms.
    3. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.
    4. Add eggs; one at a time, beating well after each one.
    5. Continue beating until smooth and shiny.
    6. Add parsley and onions; mix well
    7. Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart on a greased baking sheet.
    8. Bake @ 400 for 18-20 minutes.
    9. Cut a slit in each one to allow steam to escape; bake 5 minutes longer.
    10. Makes 18 rolls
