    List of Ingredients




    -2 cups (about 8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    -1 cup butter, melted
    -1 cup sour cream
    -2 cups self-rising flour

    Recipe



    -Preheat oven to 350.
    -Mix together cheese and melted butter.
    -Cool for 2 minutes.
    -Add sour cream and mix well.
    -Stir in flour.
    -Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin cups.
    -Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.

    **Note:Batter can be stored overnight in the refirgerator.
