List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbls. margarine
- 1 tsp. celery slt
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 cups herb-seasoned croutons
- 1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a sauce pan melt margarine and saute the onion, pepper and celery salt until veggies are tender.
- Allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl,combine the egg, broth, croutons, salt and pepper.
- Stir in the veggie mixture.
- Form into 12 balls and place on a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
