    Eggs: Broccoli and Ham Quiche

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
    • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 2 Tbls. flour
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 1/4 cups milk
    • chopped green onions
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/8 tsp. thyme
    • 1/8 tsp. rosemary
    • 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham


    Instructions


    1. Line pie shell with foil and bake @ 450 for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes longer.

    2. Cool slightly.

    3. In a sauce pan cook broccoli in water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pat dry and set aside.

    4. Toss cheese with the flour. Set aside.

    5. In a bowl beat the eggs, add milk, onion and seasonings. Mix well.

    6. Stir in ham, broccoli and cheese mixture.

    7. Pour into crust.

    8. BAke @ 350 for 40-45 minutes.

    9. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
