Pastry: Cream Cheese Danishes

List of Ingredients
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk (save the white)
- 2 Tbls. rum ( optional)
- GLAZE:
- 1/4 cup maragrine
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbls. rum ( optional)
Instructions
- Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with one pkg of the crescent rolls. Press together at the seams.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sugar , yolk, and vanilla.
- Spread over the dough.
- Top with the remaining cescent rolls.
- Brush top of crust with whisked egg white.
- Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
- Top with glaze
