Eggs: Ham and Cheese Puff

- 1 (1lb.) loaf Italian bread cut into 1' cubes
- 3 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 3/4 cups muenster cheese shredded
- chopped onions
- 1/8 cup margarine
- 8 eggs
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Toss bread, ham and cheese.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
- In a skillet melt margarine and saute onions until tender.
- In a mixing bowl combine the eggs, milk, mustard, and onions. Mix well
- Pour over the bread mixture,
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from frig 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 55-60 minutes, until center is set.
- Serve immediately.
